內心經琺瑯彩纏枝蓮茗杯，是景德鎮釉上彩堆金工藝大師張劍老師等幾位老師協作而成。
內青花書寫心經，外琺瑯彩纏枝蓮，金足雕刻萬字紋。需要青花、雕刻瓷、琺瑯彩的跨界合作。
內青花：
內青花心經書寫靈動，內青花是瓷器裝飾技法和琺瑯彩搭配方式之一。
纏枝花卉紋：
外壁繪琺瑯彩纏枝蓮，葉脈清晰，纏枝蓮枝葉蔓卷，委婉多姿，很有動感，色彩搭配絢麗。粉地、綠地兩款一對。因其結構連綿不斷，具「生生不息」之意，故纏枝紋又名「萬壽藤」。纏枝紋約起源於漢代，盛行於南北朝、隋唐、宋元和明清。
琺瑯彩：
除了繪製的繁瑣精緻，古月軒宮燈壺需要入窯五次燒製才能完成，每次都有風險。
清代琺瑯彩原是專供帝后玩賞之器物。琺瑯料是一種人工燒煉的特殊彩料，雍正六年（1728年）以前需依賴從歐洲進口，雍正六年以後，清宮造辦處已能自煉20餘種琺瑯料，是中國古代彩瓷工藝臻達頂峰時期的產物。
