茶盤圓角方形，口沿包銀，底部黑漆素面，四周蒔繪細密花葉紋，團花飾銀，金線勾勒葉子，富貴華美。內部黑漆為底，蒔繪山林秋景，山林盡染，灑金為霧，秋風拂過，樹冠皆吹向一側，金秋之美景。
蒔繪指日本製造的或具有日式風格的描金漆器。其工藝相當於描金，或稱泥金畫漆，即用金色描畫花紋，有的用一種金箔，有的可達二至三種，濃淡變化，模仿水墨效果。
