景德鎮釉上彩堆金工藝大師張劍老師等幾位老師協作而成。
琺瑯彩中作為繁縟複雜的紋飾被業內稱為古月軒，這件蓋碗瓷繪線條細如髮絲，極為精細的神來之筆，我甚至覺得需要放大鏡來繪製。
此件器型是大雅堂主人趙清濤定制，市場絕無僅有。
纏枝花卉紋：
外壁繪琺瑯彩纏枝花卉紋，有纏枝牡丹、纏枝蓮花、纏枝菊花。因首尾相連看不到盡頭而被稱作萬壽之花，纏枝蓮枝葉蔓卷，委婉多姿，很有動感，色彩搭配絢麗，外繪金彩弦紋。因其結構連綿不斷，具「生生不息」之意，故纏枝紋又名「萬壽藤」。
南朝青釉水注上已畫有纏枝花卉，宋、元時期及以後的瓷器上大量使用。
琺瑯彩：
除了繪製的繁瑣精緻，古月軒纏枝花卉杯需要入窯四次燒製才能完成，每次都有風險。
清代琺瑯彩原是專供帝后玩賞之器物。琺瑯料是一種人工燒煉的特殊彩料，雍正六年（1728年）以前需依賴從歐洲進口，雍正六年以後，清宮造辦處已能自煉20餘種琺瑯料，是中國古代彩瓷工藝臻達頂峰時期的產物。
