琺瑯彩內青花纏枝花卉杯是景德鎮釉上彩堆金工藝大師張劍老師等幾位老師協作而成。
內青花：
內青花是瓷器裝飾技法和琺瑯彩搭配方式之一。
纏枝花卉紋：
外壁繪琺瑯彩纏枝花卉紋，有纏枝牡丹、纏枝蓮花、纏枝菊花。因首尾相連看不到盡頭而被稱作萬壽之花，纏枝蓮枝葉蔓卷，委婉多姿，很有動感，色彩搭配絢麗，外繪金彩弦紋。因其結構連綿不斷，具「生生不息」之意，故纏枝紋又名「萬壽藤」。
南朝青釉水注上已畫有纏枝花卉，宋、元時期及以後的瓷器上大量使用。
琺瑯彩：
除了繪製的繁瑣精緻，琺瑯彩內青花纏枝花卉杯需要入窯五次燒製才能完成，每次都有風險。
清代琺瑯彩原是專供帝后玩賞之器物。琺瑯料是一種人工燒煉的特殊彩料，雍正六年（1728年）以前需依賴從歐洲進口，雍正六年以後，清宮造辦處已能自煉20餘種琺瑯料，是中國古代彩瓷工藝臻達頂峰時期的產物。
