琺瑯彩花草福瑞杯是景德鎮釉上彩堆金工藝大師張劍老師等幾位老師協作而成。瓷繪線條細如髮絲，極為精細。
蓋碗外壁礬紅繪製的蝙蝠是傳統祥瑞圖案，取意洪福齊天。
福運綿延：
蝠瑞又稱「福瑞」，被儒學認為是表達天意吉象，如出現彩雲，風調雨順，禾生雙穗，地出甘泉，奇禽異獸出現等。 粉綠地釉色青綠淡雅，釉面光澤柔和。
纏枝紋：
外壁繪琺瑯彩纏枝紋，葉脈清晰，枝葉蔓卷，委婉多姿，很有動感，因其結構連綿不斷，具「生生不息」之意。
蝙蝠紋飾和纏枝紋一起寓意福運綿延。
琺瑯彩：
除了繪製的繁瑣精緻，琺瑯彩花草福瑞杯需要入窯四次燒製才能完成，每次都有風險。
清代琺瑯彩原是專供帝后玩賞之器物。琺瑯料是一種人工燒煉的特殊彩料，雍正六年（1728年）以前需依賴從歐洲進口，雍正六年以後，清宮造辦處已能自煉20餘種琺瑯料，是中國古代彩瓷工藝臻達頂峰時期的產物。
