琺瑯彩纏枝蓮泡壺，是景德鎮釉上彩堆金工藝大師張劍老師等幾位老師協作而成。
這件琺瑯彩纏枝蓮泡壺瓷繪線條細如髮絲，極為精細。
纏枝蓮紋：
外壁繪琺瑯彩壽字纏枝蓮，葉脈清晰，纏枝蓮枝葉蔓卷，委婉多姿，很有動感，色彩搭配絢麗，外繪金彩弦紋。因其結構連綿不斷，具「生生不息」之意，故纏枝紋又名「萬壽藤」。
蓮花是佛教信奉的聖物之一，佛陀出世後就走了七步，每走一步，地上便生出一朵蓮花。傳播佛教教義的地方，隨處可見蓮花的形象。
唐代蓮花圖案提煉變形，再次藝術創造，和唐草、萬壽藤結合形成纏枝蓮紋，用到了建築、日常用品裝飾的各個方面。
琺瑯彩：
除了繪製的繁瑣精緻，古月軒宮燈壺缸杯需要入窯四次燒製才能完成，每次都有風險。
清代琺瑯彩原是專供帝后玩賞之器物。琺瑯料是一種人工燒煉的特殊彩料，雍正六年（1728年）以前需依賴從歐洲進口，雍正六年以後，清宮造辦處已能自煉20餘種琺瑯料，是中國古代彩瓷工藝臻達頂峰時期的產物。
