湖田窑影青釉莲蓬碗，一式三件，即碗、托、盖。
莲蓬雕刻刀法利落，线条流畅，素简雅致，气质“清水出芙蓉，天然去雕饰”。上手润滑挺括，叩之清脆悦耳。盖凸起一个个莲子，是生长中的莲蓬还没完全成熟的状态。
莲纹碗腹部雕莲瓣纹，像一朵盛开的荷花包裹着莲蓬，碗托雕荷叶筋脉，捧托莲盏。
青白瓷晶莹温润，积釉处发青色，纯净明澈并富于色调变化。釉色由淡淡青白色向天青、湖绿渐次演变，大大强化了纹饰的艺术效果。
