矾红青梅品茗杯为景德镇釉上彩堆金工艺大师张剑老师绘制，胎泥细腻，器形规整端庄，修胎精细。
矾红产生于宋代，为釉上多种彩的前驱，后沿用于明代万历红彩。清代初期用吹釉法施釉，又称“珊瑚红釉”。清代矾红被大量使用，一般用于五彩、斗彩器。矾红的颜色既不像红色那么高调，又没有黄色那么亮眼，就恰好处于红黄之间，呈现出一种独特的美。
