Qin Xun's Xiaomeiyao Zhuni Clay Junde teapot

Qin Xun's Xiaomeiyao Zhuni Clay Junde teapot
Vessel type: Junde teapot
Author: Qin Xun, Master of Zhuni Clay Craft
Material: Xiaomeiyao Zhuni Clay
Volume: 160ml
The " Junde " teapot is named after the potter Zhang Junde.
This Junde teapot is made of Xiaomeiyao Zhuni Clay, entirely handcrafted using a " patting and inlaying " method. Its color is brownish-red with an amber luster. The body has naturally distributed folds, and the flowing lines on the neck are arranged in a pleasing, staggered pattern. The texture is delicate yet layered. When struck, it produces a clear, metallic sound with a high-pitched, short tone.
The teapot's body is rounded and full, with lines that gently flow upwards from the base, transitioning smoothly from shoulder to neck, resembling the magnanimous posture of a humble gentleman. The slightly convex lid fits perfectly with the spout, complemented by a small, round beaded knob, harmonizing seamlessly with the overall proportions. The three-bend spout curves smoothly, flowing seamlessly with the teapot's overall aesthetic. The circular handle's arc fits comfortably in the palm of the hand. Its simple, unadorned form and minimalist, understated lines subtly embody an aesthetic of "a balance of strength and gentleness."
