Original Artifacts:  A Pair of Small Tea-Tasting Cups with Flower Motifs in Shizi Blue and White, Tianqi Period of the Ming Dynasty
The blue and white pigment features a rich, intense hue with a bluish-black undertone; the flower motifs are executed in freehand brushwork, with bold and unrestrained lines.
The glaze surface is smooth and mellow with a soft luster; the ceramic body bears the characteristic flint red patina.
