Liang Junde
Born in July 1948 into a tea-producing family in Tongmu Pass, Xingcun Town, Wuyishan, whose ancestors had made a living from tea for generations.

Liang Junde has been engaged in tea processing and evaluation for more than 50 years. He was the first to make Jin Yin Jun Mei tea, producing the first brew of "Jun Mei" on June 22, 2005.
Master Liang Junde uses an oven to dry the tea, which is why Jin Jun Mei tea has a faint honey aroma. It is precisely because of this change in the process that Jin Jun Mei tea has become so popular.
The creation of Jin Jun Mei sparked a craze for Chinese black tea, established the pinnacle of Chinese black tea, and boosted the economic development of northern Fujian. Liang Junde, the first producer of the tea, deserves much credit for this achievement.
